報價一 標準郵件報價(針對第一次報價客戶)

個人評論:

1.標題 多次提到公司名和自己的名字,讓客戶記住你,這一點在后期郵件跟進中會起到非常大作用

2. 第一段再次提到公司名和自己的名字,并且Manufacture 后面即使不是你們生產的,也可以這樣寫,因為客戶希望你是manufacturer.

3. 正文報價簡潔,明了,價格可以加粗,很多外面人,包括一些老外貿業務員經常在報價中忘記報運費條款和付款條款,如果這個沒有寫,客戶會再次郵件問你,這樣就加長了談判時間。

4. 最后有一個勾引,就是樣品勾引,記住,每一份封郵件給客戶,一定要有一個問句或者選擇句,這樣可以牽著客戶的鼻子走。而不是讓客戶牽著你的鼻子走。
