1、發了開發信后客戶沒回音,一個字“催”!

先寫得委婉一點,把你上次寫給他的郵件放在下面。如果他還是沒回復,那就再重新發一遍,上面加上大寫的紅色或者粗體的“RE-SEND!!!”如果還是沒消息,只能打電話。

需要說明的一點,在展會上拿到過客人的名片,而且客人曾經對某一款產品感興趣,那簡直是一個相當好的機會!只要你把握住了,成交可能性是很大的!這種情況下,你特別要標注出他在展會上選的東西,而且主動提供詳細資料和報價,這一點至關重要!

客人很忙的,可能會收到很多很多郵件,恐怕根本沒空回復或主動聯系你,所以你一定要主動出擊,提供完整的資料和好的價格,然后跟進,贏得他的信任!做業務要學會主動,客人一個眼色,你就要能完成三四個動作。客人問你價格,你連詳細參數尺寸包裝材料都一并提供了。

客人問你說明書,你連設計稿和文字都完整無誤地給他參考。客人需要彩盒,你不止給了他圖片,還有準確尺寸的刀模圖,連別的客人的彩盒也一并給他做設計參考。你說,客人是不是會對你印象很好?

3、寄樣品運費讓對方出(到付)的委婉郵件

對策:讓他知道你的價格沒有報高,不是人家一說便宜點,你嗖一下給人家少了一半價格,而是改變產品規格,比如包裝由好的改次的,長度改短點,重量要少點,或者功率低點。

5、發了PI后客戶沒回信,還是“催”!

7、客人死命砍價時回復的郵件
